Easy Broccoli Soufflé

  • 6-8 servings 4-6 servings
  • 6 4 Eggs
  • 8-12 oz. 6-8 oz. Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. 4 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1⁄2 cup 1⁄4 cup Vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 2 cups 1 1⁄2 cups Cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. 12 oz. Frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in well buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool 10 minutes before serving.
