Poached Egg

1.Strain raw egg with slotted spoon, allowing for loose white to drain off

2.Add the egg to water that has simmered, first swirling the water, as to make a whirlpool, to prevent from sticking

3.Cook 2 min. keeping water at a simmer

4.Gently lift poached egg from water checking to see if it is done to your liking and allow to drain on a paper towel
