Easy Broccoli Soufflé

6-8 servings      4-6 servings
6                      4 Eggs
8-12 oz.            6-8 oz. Sharp cheddar cheese
6 Tbsp.             4 Tbsp. Flour
½ cup              ¼ cup Vegetable oil or melted butter
2 cups             1 ½ cups Cottage cheese
1 lb.                 12 oz. Frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed

Combine all ingredients in well buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
